When ordering via email or phone, the customer must provide full and accurate information (name, delivery address, product selection, quantity, etc.) so the order can be properly processed. After placing the order, a confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email.

The provider offers the following payment options:

  • Online Payment via Stripe: Secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, iDEAL, EPS, Przelewy24.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment made to the courier upon delivery in cash/card (for some products and regions).
  • Payment After Delivery (Invoice): We will send you an invoice which you can pay via bank transfer on the day of the Order’s receipt (for some products and regions).

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped via selected courier services to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is 3–30 business days from order confirmation, depending on the product type. A more precise delivery time range will be indicated directly on the product page. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the product. For certain items, delivery is free of charge – this will be indicated on the respective product page.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the parcel for completeness and visible damage. In case of visible packaging damage, the customer should notify the courier immediately or refuse the shipment.

6. Returns & Complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations on distance contracts).
The withdrawal must be submitted in writing by email or post, and the product returned in undamaged and complete condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise or if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

7. Warranty

All products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

To claim a warranty, the customer must notify the provider of the issue and provide proof of purchase (invoice).
Instructions for return, repair, or replacement will then be provided. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or installation.
