Service price and availability

The installation service is available in the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland.

The price and feasibility of installation depend on the region and on-site conditions (address, access, ground/foundation, etc.).

What the installation service includes

  • Professional assembly of the sauna according to the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Installation of the key components: body/cabin, roof, door, benches and supplied accessories
  • Sealing of the required joints as part of the assembly
  • Checking of correct assembly and overall structural stability
  • Tools: The team brings all the necessary professional tools – you don’t need to prepare anything.

What the team brings (consumables)

The installers bring the necessary consumables for the job, including:

  • heat-resistant silicone (including for sealing roof joints / around the chimney),
  • polyurethane foam (for fixing/sealing on site),
  • mineral (rock) wool / glass fibre insulation for technical areas (e.g. where the chimney passes through).

What you need to prepare in advance (customer’s responsibility)

1) Base or foundation

A complex foundation is usually not needed, but the base must be:

  • level, firm and stable,
  • protected from moisture from below, with air circulating under the sauna.

Suitable options include: concrete slabs / block paving, a strip foundation, pad foundations (blocks under the supports), a deck / platform, etc.
What matters: Do not build the sauna directly on damp ground, so the wood does not absorb moisture and lasts longer.

2) Fireproof board under the heater

A non-combustible (cement) board measuring 60 × 80 cm is required as a safe base under the heater.
Thickness: 8–10 cm.

We do not sell this board – it is available from any DIY store.

3) Sauna stones

If sauna stones are not included in your special offer bundle, they must be bought separately.
Estimated quantity: approx. 80–90 kg (depending on the model and heater).

Electrical work and lighting

Our installers do not connect any electric heating or lighting. Electric heating and/or lighting must be connected by a qualified electrician.
We provide wiring and connection instructions.

  • the sauna model,
  • your preferred timeframe/date,
  • important access details (narrow driveway, gates, long-distance unloading, site specifics).
