Payment methods

We currently offer the following secure payment options:

  • Card payment (via Stripe)

Fast and secure online payment. Supported methods:

All online payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We do not store any payment details on our servers.

  • Cash on delivery

Pay in cash or by card when you receive your order, if the carrier allows it.
Available only in selected countries and for selected products.
Additional charges may apply depending on the country and currency.

  • Payment on delivery (invoice)

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an electronic invoice with the payment details. The customer is required to pay the full invoiced amount on the day the order is received.

The day the order is received is taken to be the date on which delivery was completed, according to the carrier’s records.

  • Bank transfer (payment in advance)

You can also pay directly into our bank account before your order is processed.
Our bank details are shown at checkout.

  • PayPal

Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. Depending on your country and eligibility, PayPal may also offer other options, such as “Pay Later” or paying in instalments. All transactions are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store PayPal payment details on our servers.

Delivery information

We deliver across Ireland and to many other European countries. Delivery availability for your address is shown when you place your order.

Delivery time

Delivery times are listed individually on each product page and are shown in the product details before you place your order. For large items (such as greenhouses and saunas), our logistics team will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the product’s dimensions and weight. Some items come with free delivery – this is stated on the relevant product page.
