When ordering by e-mail or phone, the customer must provide complete and correct details (name, delivery address, product selection, quantity, etc.) so that the order can be processed correctly. Once the order has been placed, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail.

The provider offers the following payment options:

  • Online payment via Stripe: Secure payments by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, iDEAL, EPS and Przelewy24.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): Payment to the courier on delivery, in cash or by card (for selected products and regions).
  • Payment after delivery (invoice): We will send you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer on the day you receive your order (for selected products and regions).
  • PayPal: Fast and secure online payment via your PayPal account.
  • Bank transfer: Payment directly to our bank account (details are shown at checkout).

5. Delivery

Orders are sent by selected courier services to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is 3–30 working days from order confirmation, depending on the type of product. A more precise delivery window is shown on the product page itself. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the product. Some items come with free delivery – this is stated on the relevant product page.

On delivery, the customer must check that the consignment is complete and free from visible damage. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer should inform the courier immediately or refuse the delivery.

6. Returns & complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (in accordance with EU consumer protection rules on distance contracts).
Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing by e-mail or post, and the product must be returned undamaged and complete. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is due to damaged or incorrectly sent goods.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must inform the provider of the problem and provide proof of purchase (invoice).
You will then receive instructions for return, repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or installation.

The provider is committed to protecting customers’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Slovenian data protection law.

  • In the event of a dispute, the provider and the customer will try to resolve the matter amicably. If no solution is reached, the courts of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction, based on the provider’s registered office.
  • The provider accepts no liability for damage caused by incorrect installation carried out by the customer.
